GLS is a web to print fulfillment house that specializes in creating fulfillment web sites for it's customers. I work with a team of developers helping construct websites and manage web assets. This is a contract position. I really enjoy working with these people and I would recommend their services to any agency that needs help with their web to print services.

Lifetouch Inc. is a company that I worked at as a graphic design contractor through Apex Systems Inc. I was hired a a consultant to convert layouts and assets for online templates to be used for their online yearbook application. Hardcoding knowledge of XML and XSLT was required for this project, as well as knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and general batch processing techniques. The site is a user interface. You can see examples of online yearbooks created by students on the site.

Northwest Graphic Supply is a Minneapolis based screen printing supplier that specializes in print services for the screen printing industry. I worked hear as a contract employee that helped with pre-press and web site updates. This was my first exposure to working with a backend database and PHP in order to peform updates.

Japs Olson is a local printing company that specializes in mailers and flyers for direct mail services. I worked there on a contract basis doing some variable data programming and some CSS updating to their website. The programming for the site is done in ASP.

Mitsva is a non-profit organization which helps people find jobs in the Twin Cities metro area. I designed their branding logo which is being used on the banner, the About page and will be placed on print banners and T-shirts. This logo is being used on the letterhead and various other media.

Entertainment Plus DJ Services is run by small business owner Al Arneson. This website is based on an original GoDaddy template design. The goal of the projects was to design a shell using CSS inside of the chosen template and allow him to control the content of the website. The goal was to build a simple website Al could update himself. It is powered through Website Tonight, which is a GoDaddy PHP engine for building template based websites.

HTC Intro to Flash is a Flash website created for the "Intro to Flash" class, during spring semester of 2008. The web design, interface and functionality was created by me and my lab partner Jeff Heun. The inner content of the site was created by students from the class. Included on this site, you will see many of the different departments at Hennepin Technical College represented. The purpose of this site was to showcase the graphic design and mulitmedia departments, as well as some other departments around the school.

You are Full Of It Dot Com is a student website which spoofs western culture's preoccupation with the supernatural, the paranormal and things that go bump in the night. You will find everything here from the Loch Ness monster to Bigfoot, psychics and ghosts. The purpose of this site is to entertain people with a sarcastic view about these "phenomena" and is in no way apologetic for it's content.

Graphic Design Department Hennepin Technical College is a sample website idea created for the HTC graphic design department. It is one of many different websites submitted by the "Web Design Production" class from spring of 2009. This is a strong example of a clean and concise navigation and content, which is my favorite way to design. I like simplicity. I am also a fan of upper navigation which you will see on many of my website designs.
